Since its inception, the program has continuously brought new talent into the organization, enabling outstanding graduates to grow across key business areas such as finance, technology, and operations.
From gaining in-depth business exposure to taking on managerial responsibilities, management trainees accumulate hands-on experience and broaden their perspectives through rotations across different roles, while experiencing the company’s long-term commitment to talent development and internal advancement. Over the years, many trainees have advanced into key management positions, becoming an enduring source of strength that continues to drive OTT’s growth and success.
I’ve worked across different departments, and every step taught me something new. I got to take on new roles, face new challenges, and really understand how the business runs. It’s been a journey of learning and growing.
